I went to Alio again for dinner on Thursday, and once again it confirmed my initial impression of it as a good, value for money dinner venue.
The mains were, in truth, nothing to write home about. I had the "twice cooked pork", but this was a disappointment compared to the dizzying heights of a very similar dish in three-one-two (which is so good that I still dream about it, by the way), but the pasta was very, very nice.
Note to self: stick to the pasta next time!
